Eric Willes
CEO & Owner
Eric Willes, CEO and Owner, has 10 years of experience in the industry. Local to the Bay Area, he has lived in Livermore, CA for the past 9 years with his wife and three daughters. Eric started from the bottom up in the industry. He understands what it takes to provide high-quality service and craftsmanship, while still offering competitive pricing and friendly banter. When asked what he enjoys most about being a General Contractor and the work he does, he said, “I enjoy seeing the clients response after finishing a job, confirming I have met their expectations and made their vision a reality.”
Larry Kraut
President and Owner
Larry Kraut, President and Owner, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Larry just moved to Livermore in 2020 from San Leandro, CA where he and his wife raised their family for 35years. Larry thrives on taking care of his wife now that their three grown children are out of the house. When asked what he enjoys most about being a General Contractor and the work he does, he said, “I enjoy meeting new people and connecting. I work every job as if it were my own project at home.”
Dianne Willes-Kraut

Dianne is the namesake of the company, as Crevallo was her Maiden name. Crevallo is an alteration of the her Father's family name "Crabelli" - changed after they immigrated from Sicily. Dianne is Eric's mother and Larry's wife.
